Teresa, thanks for your comment to me yesterday about the calories.  Hearing what your nutritionist had to say helped me a lot.  Ultimately I know I just need to find an area that works well for me and forget the pressures I keep putting on it.  So, that's my goal and I'm stickin' to it!  :)   I'm a smidge over 5'8" (hey the smidge counts  ) and seem to be big boned/muscular, so I know my needs will be very different from others.  It'sjust hard to remember that somedays when you're stuck in that paranoid circle of wanting to be perfect post-op. 

I wrote a journal entry last night about binge eating... it was hard to write, but it felt therapeutic to get it out there. 

Drinks
Decaf coffee w/ scoop of vanilla protein powder
60+ oz water

Eats
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. strawberries and pineapple
1/2 c. Sangria Sisters Tofu with Pork and Cashews (leftovers - I make large dinners and freeze into single serving gladware cups for easy lunches)
1 c. Garden salad with chicken and rf dressing
1/2 c. sf pudding with protein powder added
1 serving tuna with 1 Tbsp rf mayo on a Wasa cracker

Exercise

Good Morning Everyone.....

it is a cloudy dreary day here today.. I will have to get busy and turn on all the lights to stay motivated today.. planning on packing up clothes to take to Goodwill tomorrow..

Michelle.. I am sure you will find your sweet spot soon.. we all struggle to find where we need to be and then as soon as you get all settled in it changes again....aaarrrggg...

Exercise:
30 minutes Recumbent Bike     
10 minutes treadmill ( if this old one will last that long- I have a new one coming soon)

CHICKEN PARMESAN
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 pkt dry Italian salad dressing      (or you can sub 2 tbsp Italian seasoning)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder    ( or more to taste)
1 egg beaten or 1/4 c eggbeaters

Preheat oven to 400
Combine cheese, dressing mix, pepper and garlic.
Dip chicken in egg and then into the dry mixture.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until juices run clear when you pierce breast.

Yields 6 servings.. ..
Each serving is 175 calories, 31 g protein, 4 g fat, 1 carb, trace fiber
