I should probably ask this in a different forum, but all my friends are here.  I'm trying to find the right B12 supplement. Any suggestions? I was using the nasal spray and it was awesome. But it can be pretty expensive. Just thought I'd throw the question out there for the new kids on the block and the veterans! Thanks!!

I use a sublingual 'dot' 5000 mcg twice a day... my labs 2 weeks ago show my B-12 at 1575, since 1500 is the high end of the normal range it must be working....

I get mine at Wal-Mart's...

I get my B-12 at Sam's Club..They are Members Mark sublingual 2500mcg ..they are delicious cherry flavored and taste great.. I take 1 twice a week.. I had my 6 month labs done last week and will get the results on this Thursday.. I have been taking what my nut told me to take until we get the labs back.. make sure you follow the amount you are told to take..

It comes in a two pack at Sam's.. each bottle has 200 sublingual lozenges (about the size of an aspirin).  They were very reasonable for the amount you get (400).. I think about $12.00 for the two pack.. it has been a long time since I purchased them so price is a guesstimate..

Good luck in finding the right one for you..

huggs..

I'm with the others I do a sub-lingual tab from Trader Joe's- it's really cheap and dissolves quickly!
