I have lost my son...in pounds!!
Here are a few small wow moments that I have experienced since losing 70+ lbs! Some may not seem like a big deal....but they are all special to me!!
*Hopping in and out of my car without having to adjust the steering wheel.
*Going to see my son perform in the Special Olympics and not being deathly afraid of the stadium seating!
*Being able to complain that my pants are falling off instead of complaining that they are too tight. (Yes, I have went shopping and enjoyed every moment)
*Going DOWN in sizes....that is a first for me!
*Being able to cross my legs....I find myself doing it all the time now just for kicks!
*Being able to exercise for an hour straight without feeling like I just ran a 100 mile marathon.
*I have lost the amount of weight equal to how much my son weighs!! WOW!!
Thanks for reading! Cheers to many more WOW moments to come....

Congratulations on all your accomplishments! Please don't downplay any of them by calling them 'small'. You have worked hard and deserve to be so proud and enjoy every moment of your successes! NSV's are as meaningful, and sometimes even more important and more meaningful, the SV's are.
Looking forward to reading more of your wow’s in the future :)
I love your wows!!! It's pretty incredible when you try picking up your kid and realize just how much weight it was that you lost from your body!

It is amazing, isn't it? My husband had his in March (I had mine in Sept). We both say things most people take for granted are now victories for us! It's great to hear your positive changes - there will be more to come!
