Some kind of stirfry or faux pasta dish made with tofu... need to get creative :)

Break day - last night I did 4 miles - walked most of it with 10 - 1min jogging intervals throughout.

Good Morning... another beautiful day here.. I am hoping to be able to get outside soon.. but pollen would not be good for the sinus infection and it is blowing around bad out there.. my white car is literally yellow..

Thanks for the hug Michelle.. they always help you feel better,,, :)    I got an antibiotic called in yesterday and steroids too..he says the coughing I still have could be walking pneumonia so hence the steroids..  today the sinus pressure is not as bad but I think that is due to the warm moist compresses I have been applying.. I am not sleeping good with the cpap machine with a clogged nose.. I use a nasal spray before bed but the 12 hour spray lasts only about 2 hours and then I am up with clogged nose again.. so sleep is interrupted all night.. I am so tired and miserable.. but today has to be better than yesterday and yesterday was better than the day before so I just have to wait this out.. The doctor told me that sinus infections can last up to 6 to 8 weeks..  oh boy... :(    and the throat will be sore until the drainage stops.. :(

I hope the steroids do not make me retain too much water.. I know they do that.. I have been loosing again so I am hoping they don't..  

Soft foods worked good yesterday so I will try that again today.  and the treadmill was not too pleasant but I was able to do it last night for 10 minutes so I will try 15 today

Michelle,

If you create any good & easy tofu dishes, will you share with the group? A few people have asked for tofu recipes and I am clueless.
