Hi Teresa and everyone else to come!

Add me to the list with cold/sinus trouble.  Fri and Sat were utterly miserable.  I posted on the RNY board asking for medication suggestions.  Everyone recommended Sudafed (some the version behind the counter) and one woman suggested Zyrtec with it.  Well, I started taking this combo yesterday morning and already I feel sooo much better.  Still stuffed up a bit, but it's copeable.  Expensive, but so far, very worth it.

Drinks
Protein decaf coffee during the support group meeting
Water water water... already drank 40oz this morning lol

Eats (a yummy day)
Homemade breakfast burrito (1 scrambled egg, 2 Tbsp sauteed onions/peppers, and 1 Tbsp shredded cheddar on a La Tortila Factory Smart 'n Delicious 50 cal wrap)

1/2 c greek yogurt with 2 tsp sf cheesecake pudding powder, 2 Tbsp frozen blueberries, and 1 Tbsp Fiber One cereal

1/2 c leftover Sangria Sisters Easy Peasy Creole Shrimp and pineapple chunks

1/2 c cottage cheese

String cheese and 7 turkey pepperoni slices

Exercise
None tonight - have decided to stick with 3x/week extra long walks (3-4 miles) with interval jogging.  Yes, you read that right - I JOGGED this weekend!  Woot!!
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

whooo hooo... jogging... that is great... very proud for you...  burns lot of calories too

I think it will be a long time before I can jog..   My 4'10 frame with 191 lbs still says   "oh no you don't"....   I have bought a home recumbent bike and will be using it along with the treadmill.. I also have a stair stepper which I have not tried too much yet.. trying to let my knees guide me on that.. I have a gazelle which I feel doesn't do much but movement is movement.. I am setting up the spare room/ office/ grandson's baby room into a gym room too.. desk and crib on one side of room and gym on the other.. it is 15 foot by 14 foot room so I should have plenty of room.. I will still do my outside walks and go to the gym for the water aerobics.. but paying to go there to do bike and treadmill was a waste..

Sorry to hear you have sinus problems too.. This sinus thing has my head swimming.. I do not have any Sudafed since I could never take it with the high blood pressure.. but I do have prescription Zyrtec  and prescription Hyoscyamine... I have put Vick's salve on my sinus's with a warm rag on top of that and I can breathe a little better on one side but what is coming out of my sinus' is greenish so I am afraid I have a sinus infection.. I guess I need to call the doctor for a script for antibiotics.. I have had a sore throat for over a week now.. I have never in my life had a sore throat this long.. all the drainage down the throat is keeping it inflamed.. my daughter looked at it to make sure it didn't have white spots indicative of strep throat and no it was just red and irritated.. I have not been this sick in a long long time.. the coughing is better and at least what coughing I do is productive now.. today is starting my second week of this.. I am so miserable.. I was to babysit my grandson  tomorrow and Wednesday and Thursday , but I can't.  I don't want him to get this.. his other grandmas get and extra week this month.. I will miss that so much.. but I really don't think I am up to it anyway..

I had my day planned out what to eat, but not sure if I can stick to it today.. it hurts to chew..
I am so cold that it is 81 degrees in here and I feel comfortable but hubby says maybe I need to turn on air just to get the stuffiness out of here.. I might for a few minutes.. and cool it down to about 76..

I hope you do not get as bad as I have been.. this thing is bad news..   Hope you get rid of your soon..

huggs..
