Could be worse I guess!

We have an event at work tomorrow. I'm soooooo thankful I've lost as much as I have. Now my biggest worry will be if I have enough 100 SPF sunscreen on to keep myself from becoming crispy rather than will my company shirt fit?

I'm looking forward to afterwards where I won't want to cut off my feet from the pain (I will be a little tired, I'm sure, but nothing to compare with the way my feet used to feel after 10 hours of standing on concrete when I weighed 375.)

Everyone have a great day!!

Good Morning everyone.. this has not been a pleasant week for me.. I have been really sick and  unable to exercise right.. So I was very happy to see the loss this week.. I was sure I would remain at 193 or go up but I am happy I didnt.

I am happy for one other thing this morning.. For the first time in many many years my BMI is under 40... as of 191 lbs that put me at 39.9...  Yippee.....  to think that my BMI was at 63.3 when I started and now its under 40... it called for a happy dance and I did one ...

I hope everyone had a great week... and has a good upcoming one too..

huggs..

Last week - 276.6
Today's Weight - 276.4

I actually got down to 274 at one point this week...but then I sabotaged myself with too many carbs and crappy eating.  It's a new day...I walked on the treadmill this morning (only 10 mins but it's a start) and ate a protein filled breakfast.  I am getting back on track.

I know my problem is that I don't have any food I can eat in the house.  I have to go to the grocery store so I can pre-plan and be prepared as opposed to just grabbing the easiest thing to find and eat.

New week - new resolve.

Hope everyone has a great week.
