I bought myself a GoWear Fit for my reward for reaching 199 and 140 pounds lost. It's really helped me keep track of calories burned, steps taken and sleep. I LOVE IT.

Hope you're feelng better soon.

the tables will survive..silly..but u want to be comfortable and be relaxed so maybe a mani and pedi, usually comfy chairs(no tables)

When I got to 299 I went all out... several hours at the spa (massage, facial, hot oil treatment) and a new hairstyle with highlights.   This was an expensive reward! LOL

When I get to 262.7 (which means BMI under 40 for me), I'm getting a microplane/zester LOL  I know this sounds like a silly one, but I love to cook and love kitchen gadgets.   Hopefully this will happen tomorrow!!!!!

When I get to 249.9 I plan to buy a bicycle rack for my car.

Here and there I will pick up things like bottles of nail polish, books, etc. when I hit another milestone, usually either 5 or 10 lbs lost.  Those little treats go a long way for me.

First off let me congratulate you on loosing 100 lbs.. WAY TO GO...
That is a big big milestone and yes you are right you need a reward.. there are a lot of suggestions on here.. our frame of minds have a hard time thinking of rewards that are not food since that is how we always rewarded ourselves in the past but there are many.. you need to make a list so you have it to refer to when you are a places where rewards are called for..

I got a Pandora necklace at the beginning of my weight loss journey.... many get a bracelet but with my watch and emergency ID bracelet I had no room to show it off everyday.. so I got a necklace.. I have been adding a charm for every 20lbs I loose.. I try to make the charms meaningful for the weight loss..  my first one was a butterfly to mark the change I have faith in happening.. (see my quote in my signature). the next one was three angel wings.. one to represent me having two angels on OH and being an angel to them too. so that was three of us friends being angels so the three angel wings grouped together as one charm was perfect.. then I added a car charm for the next one as I had lost enough weight to be able to drive again for the first time in years.. the next one was the Chinese symbol of long life.. that is what I am achieving loosing this weight.. then for the 100lbs I added a beautiful silver cross right in the middle... The faith I had in God was such a help to get me to that 100lb mark and I wanted to proudly mark that faith ...  so I have 5 charms so far on my necklace and all are dangle charms.. in between are spacer beads.. I do not count them.. I have had so many complements on the necklace and it makes me feel proud to wear it.. and I love when people ask me to explain the charms.. I have another 60 some lbs to go so I will get at least 3 more charms and I am hoping I can find ones with just as much meaning.. it will be a treasure I will own for many years and will remind me everyday of my accomplishments and what all I struggles through to get to my goal..

Good luck in your search for a reward.. I feel that they are a great important step in our being motivated to succeed.. most of us never rewarded ourselves before with anything but food so these rewards are special.. find one that has meaning for you..

huggs....
