I had a HUGE "wow" last night when I walked four miles.  I blogged about it here.  

Drinks
Protein drink
60 oz of additional water

Eats
7 turkey pepperoni slices
imitation crab meat
1/5 of an avocado
1/3 c mango chunks
2 slices deli ham and Laughing Cow cheese wedge

Dinner??? not sure

Exercise
Break tonight - gonna do another 1 1/2 hr walk tomorrow

I am a lttle last posting today.. Hubby had outpatient surgery yesterday so I am busy caring for him today.. Been running all morning..and I am still sick too.. but getting better in the cough department..

Congrats Michele.. that is a great WOW... I have not accomplished that so far.. 1 hour is the most I have been able to do and that is 3 miles.. so Kudos kiddo..

My tummy is treating me better today!
4 protein drinks 280/60 Hot tea and water too
1/3 cup turkey chili at lunch
1/4 cup shredded chicken breast with salsa and lt. sour cream for dinner.
Big weekend ahead, middle son is headed to the junior prom! Daughter is to have a softball game but it looks like we may rian out.
No exercise today.
