Good morning All..

 It is another cold (48 degrees) rainy day here.. and I am sick.. my throat is still sore and the cough is worse and the phlegm is settling in my chest.. I feel like unpacking some of my winter clothes..lol... I am so cold.. Guess I will dress in layers today.. Not going outside at all.. I am gong to actually turn my heat back on today.. I am not sure what exercise I can do today.. anything I do makes me cough till it hurts.. so today may actually be a day I have to take off on exercise.. boo hoo..    lol..

Hi Teresa, Have you tried Mucinex? It really helps with the chest congestion.
Today was my day off so you can imagine, I spent all day running errands! Inclded was my 6 week post-op check. Everything is great.
4 Protein drinks
still need more water!

1 string cheese stick
2oz of a turkey Bratwurst (YUM)
2 T of broccoli and cheese.

Going back to the Y, walk on the treadmill. PLus lots of activity today. When I made my first stop today, I was pouring myself another cup of protein drink and spilled it all over me. So darn, had to go to K-Mart and get a new outfit. First thing I could buy at a regular store! Moral of the story....don't vry over spilled protein drink!

Thanks Cheryl.. my mom is coming over tomorrow , it is my day to dog sit for her.. she is gong to bring me some Mucinex she just bought for herself last week.. Guess we are passing this around..

Hey such an excuse to buy a new outfit.. lol...
