Way to go!! I hope to do the big coasters again some day. I get motion sickness and am hoping that having them remove the majority of my stomach will prevent it from feeling queezy. Let's hope, eh?

You did great Michelle.. anytime you travel and can maintain, you are doing great..
Don't place too high expectations on weeks that are not normal like this and you wont be so disappointed..
Celebrate the fact that you were away from home.. eating things you didn't plan and sitting in a car for 10 hours with no exercise.. both ways.. and you didn't gain a lbs.. WAY TO GO..

GRRRR. I hit 247 for about 3 seconds one day last week.
Well, lets see. TMI - the constipation fairy came for a visit. I've been popping stool softeners like M&Ms (from my former life), almost snorting Miralax and yesterday I reached the elusive gallon of water.
However, I was bad about exercising. Just didn't do enough. I think I'm gonna have to buy a treadmill.
I'm trying to get in the last of my spring gardening tasks, because it should already be to hot to plant anything other than cactus where I live. The weather's been cooler than normal, so I took advantage of it.
Today I will be walking to a meeting in a building down the street where I would have driven before. And then I'm going out and doing a photo shoot in a natural area.

Don't you just hate the yoyo numbers on the scale.. I get so frustrated.. I was at 195 last Monday and by Wednesday I was a 193 then Thursday I was at 194... no reason just went up.. then Friday 193 again.. Saturday I got up an weighed 192.. I was so excited.. but Sunday 194 and Monday 193 again.. make you just want to pull your hair out..
Sorry about the poop issues.. We all have those weeks.. may also be why you saw a lb of gain.. 1 lb is nothing especially with constipation..
I love your descriptions of taking the softeners and snorting Miralax.. hang in there it will get better.. Water is the best thing that works anyway.. drink till you are floating..

I had my 6 month check up at the surgeon's office, even though I'm almost 7 months out. They thought I was doing fine. I would lose faster if I limited carbs even more and exercised more, according to the NUT. Hmmm... what a surprise! I guess that's why they pay her the big bucks. LOL
