YOU are amazing every one - - even YOURSELF!    LOL   That's gotta feel good.  It's ok to slow down or stall for a bit, the body catching up with itself.   Then re-commit and go forward.  I'm in that mode right now.

I'm down 120 pounds - thanks to RNY!  Working on the next 25.  Then I'll tackle more...

Peggy that is a wonderful NSV.. and so funny.. I can just see you looking ahead of you for them and them being behind you...

Please keep posting...We all think that from time to time we have nothing to add to the posts, but there are always things that happen everyday that some could almost take for granted.. only the bigger ones stand out.. but they are still there..Well I am not there yet.. I still see all the little ones and they are all amazing to me ..I love to hear the little everyday ones too.. I so enjoy reading your posts.. you have such a great outlook on life and have struggled and won so many battles.. You have went thru so much in this past year that I am so impressed with you and proud of you.... You are always jumping hurdles and pushing onward and nothing stops you.. WAY TO GO Peggy.. You may be in a lull right now but that's ok.. with all you have had going on. If it were anyone else, they could have easily given up.. but not you...

I guess John knows now that you are not going to let ANYTHING slow you down.. He will have to get moving to catch you.. lol... better buy him some running shoes and inform his therapist to start working him toward the Peggy marathon.. lol..

Keep it up girl.. I am so proud of you.. You may not be loosing any weight right now.. but you are still winning.. You have been a winner all the way and still are..

huggs.

I haven't been posting as much as I used to either but I usually view at lunch at work.

Peggy you are doing just awesome.  I know my weight loss slowed a lot after the first year but the pattern went the bulk at 6 months, 1/2 of what I lost the second six months, 1/2 of that, you get the idea.  I have been flirting with onederland since January and still am at the same 2 pounds above 200 (3 to go).  Life, decreased exercise in the early winter months and a kidney infection which put 9 pounds (yes 9) of fluid on me were in my life but are now gone.  I'm working on stepping up the exercise though.  The journey never ends--you have your valleys but you also have your peaks.  Don't let the slowed down pace bother you--it isn't a race and your body is stablilizing.

I know what you mean--my husband says the same thing.  I'm usually all the way to the door before he is halfway thru the parking lot.  It is pretty funny though.

You are doing awesome!!  You have so much to be proud of--I hope your husband is doing better and you have been a great nurse I'm sure.
