Hello everyone.. Happy Earth Day..

Sorry I am so late in getting this started.. It has not been a very good morning.. I will write about that in another post..

So in this thread lets all be accountable and list what we are going to eat today ..and the exercises we are planning.. You do not have to list the calories or protein if you do not want to.. This really helps to have you stay on the right track with your eats, and also helps others with ideas of what they can eat..

hi everyone!


B: 3/4cp black bean soup
 
S: yogurt

L: 2 slices smoke turkey (oscar meyer 95%ff), 1/2 dill pickle, some dijon mustard, and mozz. cheese stick

S: protein shake

D: 1/2cp southwestern chili from safeway

S: 8 oz skim milk (to up my protein if i need to)


exercise:  swimming for at least an hour
