Shrimp with creole seasoning

Exercise
Oy vey... another back to back day, but I know I can get 20 min of walking in. 
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

I've never done this but I need to start logging my food, so here goes:

Drinks:
1 16oz Protein shake w/ almond milk, and sf creamer (210cal)
1 33oz Poweraide Zero (0)
1 12oz black coffee (o)
1 22oz Water w/ Crystal Light (0)

Food:
 Bagel thin w/ reduced fat PB (160)
4oz steak (220)
small salad w/ spinach, bell peppers, avocado and pinapple juice as dressing (250)
4oz chicken (120)
6 pieces SF candy (130 cal)
Protein bar (200 cal)

=1290 Cal (wow that's a lot!)

But I did walk/jog for 2miles on hilly terraine and then some balance/strength exercises.

Hi everyone.. I am late again.. I had Bryce from 7am to 5pm and then I had to finish mowing.. by the time I took my bath and ate dinner, here it is 9pm.. I will try to post earlier tomorrow..
