LOL I was thinking OMG what happened to that poor woman?!?! just having surgery in Nov 09 (I think) & was down to 230s at Surgery date but now is up to almost her start weight?!?! Before I read down to your post I went straight to her profile to check out her story, and what did I find on her latest blog... "the Century Club!!!" Poor girl isn't used to writing "1" instead of "2" LOL Its like the 1st week into the New Year & still writing last years date on checks!
BTW- since I'm replying to this, here's my weigh in. Now bare in mind that I got my call that I was approved a week or so ago so this last week has been alot of " Oh this will be the last time I have _______fill in the blank________ for a looooonnnngggg time!" and that blank consisted of - pizza, dairy queen, enchiladas, and the list goes on ha ha ha! But I got to get back on track with my pre-op diet. At least I don't have to do the liquid diet.
Starting: 376
Last MONTH: 356
Today: 362
Ahhh that feels better getting that off my chest.. But I'm NOT gonna update my ticker!

Glad you got that off your chest.. most people go through that last time to eat this thing.. you are not the first and will not be the last.. maybe now you can get back on track and stay there.. I don't blame you for not changing the ticker.. but now you have to work to get back to what it reads.. that will be the next challenge for yourself.. challenges are good but I wouldn't want to have to keep playing catchup with your ticker.. remember this too.. you WILL be able to eat anything you want after you reach goal.. but the difference will be the amount you eat.. also you may find that the food you crave now will not be appealing to you anymore..
Now that you are approved it is time to set your mind on eating what you need to to get prepared for the surgery.. The better you do before surgery the easier the surgery will be on you and your surgeon. How long do you have to stay on the pre-op diet .. how long until you have your surgery..
Oh by the way.. thanks for worrying about me.. I would be devastated if I had gained all that weight back.. My brain has not caught up with the fact I am in 100's.. lol....
Huggs....

I'll definitely take the 2.4 loss this week given the previous two weeks I lost over 7 lbs total. I was pretty sure this week would be a maintain, but I'm very, very happy :) My next mini goal i****ting 262.7... b/c that will mean my BMI is out of the 40's! :) 3.9 to go! My reward is a hand zester/microplane. Oh how I love kitchen gadgets!

I'm happy I'm still under 300 - BUT spending the weekend at a cabin with my girlfriends wasn't good for me. I "grazed" all weekend and the scale didn't budge. Next week - I'll kick up exercise and stop the snacking and get more comfortably away from the 300s!!
It's all good.

My progress is SLOW.
I'm working out well, 4-5 times a week. My sister tells me that hiking has become a transfer addiction for me and I do it as often as I can but I've kind of gotten off track again with the food. I need to track because when I do the weight seems to melt off.
I'll be seeing my surgeon again within the month and I'm fearful of another swift kick in the pants. The last time I saw him he offered me phentramine which I don't want to take because I had my surgery to avoid that kind of thing.
