Howdy!!  Hope everyone had a good weekend.  Check out my signature for a link to a new website my friend and I have launched... we're really excited about it!  

Drinks
Protein hot chocolate
~50 additional ounces of water

Eats
Chicken drumstick
Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder and 2 tsp chocolate sf syrup
1/4 c cauliflower bits
1/3 c mango chunks
Shrimp with creole seasoning or tune on Wasa cracker... depends on my mood :)

Exercise
I'm booked back to back today with work, appointments, support group, etc.  I think I'll focus on taking several 5-10 minute breaks while working to do some strength exercises and stretching, just to improve circulation. 
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

Hi...I am posting late today.. I have had my grandson all day.. I will tomorrow too so I will probably be late then too.. I got on earlier today but he didnt let me stay on too long.. he got tired of what he was playing with..

I too hope everyone had a great weekend.. Mine was very busy and this week will be the same.. I have plans everyday this week.  But I will try to post each day on the threads ...
