A beautiful day here already.. Sun is shinning and almost 70 at 9am.. It is going to be close to 80 this afternoon.. I am loving this spring weather.

My support group is tonight.. I will be glad to see everyone. Some I have not seen in months that have not been there lately. I am also excited to share that the scale is on the move again after a month of stall..

I just can't seem to get here in the morning anymore!  Or even afternoon lol.  Things have been so busy!  I'm glad you start the thread Teresa, it encourages me to post even late in the day.

Your welcome.. I love the threads and I try to start it if I get on here to post and you have not started it.. Sure..you bet... posting later is better than not posting.. I know we do not have a lot of posters, but there are people that never post who lurk and maybe it will help one of them.. as far as me it helps me just to post and then be accountable for it the rest of the day.. If I cant get it posted early then I at least still try to get it on there when ever I can.. sometimes it has been the next day..lol... I am bad on the weekends at posting because hubby is home and well we get involved in things and I sometimes don't go near the computer..

I went to the support group tonight and I think I am being obsessive with the exercise so I am going to try to cut back a little.. and maybe take a day off in between now and then,, I am really enjoying the feeling I get from exercising but my knees are not.. and I do it until I hurt so bad. I need to stop that.. sore muscles are one thing but my knee joints are not good and I am pushing it too much.. SO you wont be calling me the exercise Queen now.. lol.. I hope.. now I have to work on not overdoing it.. man I used to not do nothing and now I am doing too much.. I have to find a happy medium.. lol
