Hello everyone..
I have had a few busy busy days and have forgotten to post my eats and exercises.. but here I am today and looking for more posters..

1/3 c Steel cut oatmeal with TVP/PB2
String cheese with ham and dijon
1/2 c. Zucchini and carrots cooked with Laughing Cow cheese
1/2 c. Melon and berries
Slice of crustless quiche (asparagus, broccoli, ham, mozarella)

Exercise
Evening walk

I'm having my first trouble. The last two mornings I have awakened with sinus drainage that resulted in a vomiting episode. Yesterday I got by ok but today I have been really sore and unable to eat at all. It even hurts to swallow water. So I am back to liquids. 260 cal/50 gram protein. May try a small nibble of something this evening and see if part of the pain is from being empty....I'm at a loss.
TOmorrow is my one month surgiversary!

If the vomiting is caused form sinus draining then you are ok since it is not from a blockage or stricture..  I know that the vomiting hurts. It makes the pouch very sore and tender.. and yes you find you cant eat... so you are right to go to liquids.. You have to let the pouch rest and the liquids do that.. Do not pu**** trying to get solids in.. stick with the liquids all day if not two days.. then the pouch should not be angry anymore and you can introduce solid food back to it again.. Warm liquids sometimes helps.. you might try broth.. or warm caffeine free tea..

I am sorry that happend to you.. This year the allergy season is really bad,, I dont know if that is what caused your sinus draining but a lot of people are having trouble with that this year..

Try to stay calm and drink and sip and this will pass.. Remember this is normal after vomiting.. but if you continue to vomit and it is not from sinus draining then please call your surgeon to make sure it is not something else..

You have done so well.. this is just a small snag and it will be over soon.. so hang in there..
