Rise 'n shine, friends!!!  The sun is already out!  I have a long list of work I WILL get done today, but I'll make sure to break for a walk at lunch to enjoy the pretty weather.

Eats
1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal with TVP, bananas and PB2
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 serving tuna with rf mayo and scallions on a Wasa cracker
Fettecini made with zucchini strips and Laughing Cow wedge
Shrimp sauteed in 1 tsp Olivio, lots of garlic and creole seasoning

Exercise
30 min walk

Well I was already raised and shined at that time this morning.. Hubby had doctors appt and was the 1st patient this am and we are 40 miles away.. we had to leave home at 6am to get there.. so at 5 we were getting showers took and such.. .. It is 1:30 pm and after running errands we just now got home and I still have to finish mowing the grass... have about another 2 hours to go.. it is 78 degrees here , such a beautiful day.. I will really enjoy an evening walk ..

Happy Monday. I am finally home after another long day. This evening I went to our surgery support group, I enjoyed a massage!
Today I have had 3 fruity protein drink 360 cal/60 protein
I had 1/2 of a baked ricotta. 180 cal/ 12 protein
I am now finishing 1/2 cup of navy beans. 60 cal/4 pro
total 600 cal/76 protein.

No exercise. tomorrow night for sure!
