Good morning, girls!  I just hit Starbucks to visit with a friend from our WLS support group.  Was so awesome... thanks to this surgery I've made such amazing in-person and online friends :)  Thank YOU all for being here!!   This journey would have been very lonely without the support.  

And oh!  I bought my first 1X dress today on sale at Kmart!  I could have NEVER gotten a dress for $15 at any of my plus size shops.  Both the fact it was 1x and cheap made me a happy camper! 

Drinks
SF Cinnamon Dolce with soy milk from Starbucks - drank half, then came home and added a scoop of vanilla protein powder and reheated.  YUM.  I think I have a new favorite drink :)

Goal of 50 additional oz water.

Eats
String cheese
Soy crisps (glad these are almost gone - I'm sending addictive behavior 
Tuna on wasa
Cottage cheese

???

Exercise
25 min walk to/from bball court
30 min shooting hoops/playing with kiddo

Hey so I am a day late and a dollar short.. lol.. I thought I would go ahead and post my eats for yesterday before posting today's..

Congrats Michelle on the 1x dress.. that is great.. I know you were so proud when it fit and for the price too..  I have not tried Starbucks ever since I have never been a coffee drinker.. I am glad I wasn't so I don't have to worry about the caffeine now or missing the coffee I was used to.. Glad you found a new drink .. but remember the calories.. they might get you..
