Traveling Pants...Thanks WTPooh!!!!!!

Ok...so there are a few people here who have the size 24 Levi's that we are either trying to fit in, are wearing or are now too big.

WTPooh...has fabulously outgrown her size 24 levi's and sent them to me....and to keep up with the excitement...omg...THEY FIT!!!!!!! I refused to take them off until it was time to shower and go to bed lol

I can't believe it...jeans fitting from LEVI'S???? not from the avenue, lane bryant or catherines...but LEVI'S!!!! My whole butt has not fit in a pair of them since...well...i can't remember when!!!!

WTPooh...thank you so much for sending them to me...ok who's next? i need someone to send them to once they no longer fit me.

I had to break down and buy some pants about a month�ago and I had the same feeling when I could fit into something from Dillard's of all places (that was my shop back in the day) and I went a size smaller than I was wearing at the time�(great sales @ the time) and now they are too big for me, but�also��on the money spent (but the 30's were fallin off me and the belt made them look funny.)� Soooo, they are size 24's and 22 stretch that came from Dillard's, Cato's and Macy's are you interested in them?� Send me a� PM if you are and I have a cousin in Katy who is home (@ mom's house) almost every weekend and I can send them by her if that's OK with you.
Just the day, I actually bought something in Wally World and it didn't come out of the plus size section.� Granted it was the largest size in the "regular size section", but I got myself into that top and went back for a pair of jeans - both size 20!� That's me in a size 20 in April 2010 when in�December 2009 I was in sizes 26/28 & 30/32.� I love my new friend!!!

OH, if you wanna give those Levis up for a few I'd take them just to say that I got my but into a pair too!!!! Looks like I'm gonna be on a Levi hunt soon...I forgot all about Levi jeans because I couldn't wear them anymore I wa****ting the jeans @ LB, Avenue etc..

Oh definitely send them on!!! lol we'll make arrangements. ummmm about my levi's i don't know that i'm ready to part with them yet...they just arrived yesterday but you can try em on if you like LOL

How very exciting!  I do not wear jeans at all anymore.  It is just too hard to find a pair that fits.  I look forward to the day I can fit into size 24 Levi's!

It sounds so wierd, but it is a rite of passage for us BMI>50 women.

As soon as I get out of my size 24 Levi's I will let y'all know. I will happily send them onto the next lucky winner in the BMI>50 Levi's contest.

They really are like that movie the traveling pants...they seem to fit everyone...and who would have thought I would ever have been able to share clothes with someone else?

Ha, this post is great, Tabby! I was one of the "24ers" a month or so ago that was rejoicing in fitting into jeans. Mine are Lees for Women, with lil elastic in the sides but otherwise zip&button jeans! I'm still wearing them, albeit a bit baggy, but when they are truly too big, I'm happy to pass them on along with a couple more pair. I was thrilled to fit into a pair of Size 20 (!) black stretch Avenue jeans that truly rock! So it won't be long for those 24's to be gone onto another RNYer...what a feeling!

I loved when I was able to fit in to them, and they were a symbol of when I started to feel good about myself again, so I am thrilled they can continue to bring joy.  I hope they do continue to travel!  Enjoy!

I love the excitement in this thread...That was a great movie and this thread would make a great story.  I have size 8 10 and 12 Levis from 17 years ago that are still as good as new hanging in my closet...I won't stop till I get back in them.  Congratulations to you all!!
