I hope everyone is doing good this week..
Michelle I see your back at the exercise... must mean your legs are better... I am glad...
This thread we do everyday really helps me.. I plan out my day and I stick to it.. I really think it is helping me.. I hope it is helping others too. I am hoping more people will join in ..they do not have to add the calories or protein just list their food choices for the day and what planned exercises .. I think it really makes me accountable to list it all..
Drinks

B- CarbMaster Yogurt calories 80 protein 12
S- Pure Protein Bar calories 200 protein 20
L- 3 oz baked salmon calories 155 protein 29
S- 1oz jack links calories 75 protein 14
D- Roasted Chicken breast calories 140 protein 26
1 tbsp mustard greens calories 10 protein 1
S- slice turkey breast calories 20 protein 5
Mozz cheese stick calories 50 protein 6

Exercise:
walk 3 mph outside 3 miles minimum
walk on treadmill 30 minutes
Wii fit 1 hour
side note.....I walked a lot more than I planned yesterday.. my pedometer read 16,481 steps of which 10,542 were aerobic steps and I burned with that 616 calories and walked total of 6.24 miles... I just love this new pedometer.. It is an Omron GoSmart.. and has software for the computer so you can plug the pedometer into the computer to graph out and track your progress.. I find myself looking at it all during the day and pushing myself a little more to up the numbers..

Hello! I love this thread as well. NOt only does it keep me on my toes but I get food ideas from others!
Liquids:
Water
B - No sugar added oatmeal with some fruit
L - grilled chicken breast
S - Protein Shake
D - Mushroom and Spinach crustless quiche
Exercise - 30 mins on bike (butt is in pain) I want to get out an walk but the POLLEN!!!! It's SOOOOO thick this week.
