Edited:  Due to the fire going on between my thighs (chafing HELL), exercise tonight will be stretches and free weights, and not cardio.

L - Fresh salad w/grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, and low fat cheese (yummmmmmmmm)
D - Tuna salad w/2 black olives

Drinks: Water, water....and....you guessed i****er! One protein shake round 3ish.

I plan in riding the rainbow (bike) for 60 minutes tonight. Happy Tuesday losers!

I've had a rough day, my schedule got all messed up.
Drinks: Fruit protein drinks x3 210 cal 45 protein
2 oz of tuna, lf mayo 130 cal 18 pro
1/4 cup baked beans 40 cal 5pro
Water to drink in between. No real exercise. Left for work at 7:30am, got home at 7:30pm. I'm pooped and crabby.
