I have had a busy day today so this is getting posted late ... sorry.. but if you can please join in  we all can benefit from this accountability...

S- 4oz cottage cheese salad                      100 calories      8 protein
D- turkey tenderloin                                      170 calories    31 protein  
S- 2oz cottage cheese salad                      100 calories      4 protein

Total steps for today so far..( 8pm)   is 10,936  (got new pedometer 

I have to walk my butt off now to get off the 2lbs I added with yesterdays meal choice for Easter.. lots of water gain..... hands, fingers, ankles , feet and even toes all are swollen big time..   I have given all my left over ham and baked beans and mashed potatoes away..be gone.. be gone bad foods....

Howdy all!  I had a busy "me day"... rarely do I burn a vacation day for just myself.  I shopped, had my hair done, and really had a great time.  I even packed up my bento box so that I could enjoy the day without being faced with restaurant/pit stop choices.

what is a turkey tenderloin?  where do you get it.? is it frozen?
