Sugar!

I love SUGAR especially Frosting such as: cupcakes w/ frosting, cake w/frosting, brownies w/frosting....

And I turned them all down this holiday!!!!

I just wanted to say how happy I am with myself. I have never been able to turn down the sugar monster and thanks to my tool I know that I will get sick if I do...so I just say NO!

Just wanted to post that I am overjoyed- that is all

You did it...      that is not an easy thing to do when it is something you love..  

Don't ever give in .. keep up the good work.. you would probably find it did not taste as good as you remembered and to not enjoy it that much and pay the price of getting sick just isn't worth it..
