Hope everyone is enjoying this holiday weekend.. a 3 day weekend is always so nice.. ..
I know this is late but I have  been running all day.. guess Michelle has been too.. so I hope others will post too..

32 oz grape crystal light  20 calories
2 oz water

Eats
B- Pure Protein Bar   200 calories   20 protein
S- Carbsmart Yogurt  80 calories  12 protein
L- D- 1/2 cup homemade chili   220 calories  16 protein
S- Jack Link beef Jerky   75 calories  14 protein
D- 1/2 c Northern Beans  140 calories  12 protein    
S- Mozzarella cheese stick   50 calories  6 protein

total  765 calories   80 protein

Exercise:
4 hours walking 2.5mph in stores running errands  today
1 1/2 mile walk 3mph tonight

Howdy!!!  A day late and a dollar short LOL  But I'm here!  Yesterday was a busy day.  I am THRILLED to say that I now fit into a size 24 at Maurices!   WOOHOO!   From a 32W to a 24 regular, I couldn't be happier.  The whole experience was so awesome.  

Drinks
Protein drink #1
60oz of water

Eats
1 scrambled egg with 1oz diced bacon and 1 tbsp shredded cheese
1/2 Atkins protein bar
2oz grilled chicken, 1/2 hard boiled egg, some corn/peas 1 Tbsp ranch - all eaten off of a chef salad
Soy chips
Remaining 2oz of grilled chicken, and 1/3 c of homemade sweet potato "fries" (baked with drizzle of olive oil)

Exercise
Nada... just walking around while shopping
