Kiddo and I have already performed some serious April Fools jokes on each other and it's only 6:30am   It's gonna be a long day! 

No time for stats, running late!  Have a great day everyone :)  (Peggy, I'm sorry to hear about your husband and glad to see you here.)

Tofu Mac 'n Cheese (no noodles) made with broccoli and served w/ two asparagus spears

Good Morning and Happy April Fools Day.. I hope everyone has some good laughs today.. Laughing is great for the soul..

       2 shakes Hot Sauce                calories     0   protein    0

Exercise:
at gym:
recumbent bike        30 minutes
recumbent elliptical  20 minutes
standing elliptical       5 minutes
strength training machines  3 sets of 10 on 15 machines at varying weights
walking in pool          20 minutes
water aerobics          45 minutes

The above exercises are actually what I wound up doing yesterday..
 
today's plans are:
walk 30 minutes outside (1.5 miles)
Wii tonight for 60 minutes (set at 250 calories burned)
I  also plan on mowing the yard today.. takes about 5 hours to do..
