Sorry I am a day late and a dollar short as usual.. I had a busy day yesterday and hubby was home for the first time on a Friday.

only water.. about 64 maybe a little more..

B- Carb smart Yogurt  80 calories  12 protein
S- 1 oz Jack links beef jerky  75 calories  14 protein
L- Turkey tenderloin  170 calories  31 protein
S- 17 turkey pepperoni  70 calories  9 protein
D- Eggplant Lasagna  300 calories 18 protein
S- 1/4 c northern Beans w/ hot sauce  70 calories  6 protein

total   765 calories   90 protein

Exercise
2 miles walking 3mph
1/2 mile walking 2.5 mph
lawn mowing 4 hours
1 hour weed pulling
