You'll probably notice that I try to incorporate a veggie/fruit each day, even if it means I'm not getting anything in terms of protein.  I need the various flavors/textures so I don't feel deprived.  It's why I'm sticking to two protein drinks per day.  I could get that amount in with just food... maybe... but I don't want to.  My protein drinks feel like treats, not punnishment. 

Drinks: 
Protein drink #1 - 160 / 30 (Vanilla Protein/Click/Hood/Water)
Protein drink #2 - 90 / 23 (Nectar Twisted Cherry/Water)
Water goal:  32 additional oz

Eats
Greek yogurt w/ lemon sf pudding mix and sprinkle of NSA coconut - 85 / 10
Imitation crab and tsp of ****tail sauce - 80 / 6
Asparagus and lf feta - 40 / 0
1/2 c Mango and berries - 55 / 0 and 5 soy crisps - 25 cal / 2 g protein
Tofu 'n cheese (mock mac 'n cheese) - 195 / 14

Totals
Cals: 730
Protein:  85

B: hot chocolate Max Protein, with a Starbucks Via mixed in
S: protein bread with PB
L: chopped antipasto
S: string cheese
D: steak, broccoli
S: protein ice cream

Exercise:
Today is my rest day from the gym, and I need it after doing two Zumba classes last night! I'm going to take a walk at lunchtime and then go shopping after work for spring clothes, so I'll be sure to get in my 10,000 steps regardless.

D - Stuffed Salmon (crab meat) from Trader Joes - 20 grams

Exercise:
60 mins on the bike...or what I like to call riding the rainbow....lol

Teresa, what are Turkey Peperoni chips?  They look like they would be an excellent snack but I've never heard of them??  Where do you buy them?  thanks!!  connie

I buy the Turkey Pepperoni at Super Walmart.. It is in the cooler section with all the other Pepperoni.. (close to the lunch meats)  It is made by Hormel.. 17 pieces are only 70 calories and total fat is only 4g.. no carbs and no sugars and they give you 9 g of protein..  To make the chips spread 17 of them out on a microwave safe plate so they do not overlap.. cook on high for a minute and 45 seconds. or 2 minutes if that is not long enough in your microwave to make them crispy.. they become quite crispy and give you that Crunch like you get from eating chips.. they are really good.  A lot of the fat and grease they do have seems to cook right out of them and is left on the plate..

Another thing I do with them is to take a piece of turkey or chicken lunch meat and place 8 pieces of pepperoni on that and then roll it around a mozzarella cheese stick.. place that in the microwave long enough to start the cheese to melting.. It is also low calorie and good protein and It reminds me of pizza.. The turkey meat I get from Walmart (Great Value Fat Free Turkey Breast)  has only 20 calories per slice and 5 protein and the 8 pepperoni have 35 calories and 4.5 protein and the Sargento Light Mozzarella Cheese Stick has 50 calories and 6 protein for a total of 105 calories and 15.5 protein.
 
Hope you find them and get to try them  .. I go in spurts with them.. when I buy them I have them quite often until the package is gone..

Thank you Ms. Teresa!  This sounds like something I would love!  We don't have a super wal-mart, but I'll look at the grocery stores and our regular wal-mart.  Thanks for sharing!  connie

Eats:

- Lg egg + 
     1oz 96% fat free diced ham (microwaved together) +
     1 sl 2% American Cheese melted on top       151 calories    15g protein
L- 4 oz chinese mushroom chicken                      180 calories    18g protein 
S- Choc/Van Protein Shake                                     160 calories    30g protein
D- Don't know yet, but it will be 3-4oz dense
     protein + around 1/4 cup green something   ~200 calories  ~24g protein
S-1/2 cup NAS diced pears+                                   
    1oz shredded cheddar cheese                          190 calories        7g protein

Total calories:   896       Total protein  94g

Exercise:
25 minutes walking - no idea how many mph, I just go out at lunch and walk-I do know I'm going to have to expand my trail, because what was taking me 30 minutes to walk, I can now do in 25 minutes!!!  Progress is soooo sweet!!

 i havent posted or kept a food journal since husbands heart attack.. so this isnt gona be as put together as everyone elses... forgive me.. but i need to get bk on track an start being more accountable.. 

B~ 2 slices of ham and a cheese stick 21g protien
L~ protien shake 28g protien
S~ 5 cookies n creame candy footballs
2 peppermint patties..
2 low fat  low carb peanut butter oatmeal cookies
 ugh easter.. candy & treats!
D~ small apple 2 slices of ham and a cheese stick 21g protien..

ok so that was my day... i see it in black an white where i went wrong.. theres tomorrow to do better... hugs ladies... an guys...
