Technically this is not a wow moment but I am so freaking happy about it, I had to share!! I exercised for 1 hour last night!!! Most of you are probably thinking no biggie I do that all the time. This is the first time in my entire LIFE (I am 29) that I have been able/willing to exercise for an entire hour! When I first jumped on my exercise bike I could barely do 10 minutes and I remember thinking I will never be able to do an hour.....I am now living proof that you should never say never because you never know! Happy Tuesday to all!

This is AWESOME, Sara!  I know what you mean - exercise for me has been so limited for so long.  Each time you're able to do a little more it's so inspiring and makes you realize that the incremental improvements reallyd o matter!  WTG!  And hey, we're the same age... we're gonna stay 29 forever, right?

that's really great! Congratulations!!!

When I started I could barely do 5 minutes on the treadmill without having to stop and rest, so I can totally relate.

Hey girl that is great.. It is a wow moment.. a good one..to exercise for an hour is nothing to sneeze at..  Good Job.. whooo hoooo....

I can really understand where you are coming from.. I could not walk 20 feet  a year ago before starting on preop supervised diet and this past weekend I walked 3 miles.. If you had told me a year ago that I could do that I would have thought you were crazy..

I am 51 years old and my joints are a mess but I still get out and do.. I try to push myself to do more each day.. but sometimes the joints win and I do what I can.. I got a Wii Fit Plus for Christmas and I am up to an hour on that..

I feel so much better after exercising.. Mentally that is.. physically I get out he Ben Gay.. lol.. but I am finding the joints are doing much better the more I do and the more I loose..

Keep up the good work.. your doing great..  you will be able to do more as you go and it will just amaze you.. I am very proud of you ....

huggs.....

that's an AWESOME WOW!!! Congratulations!  I can relate.. my main reason for wanting the surgery was because I couldn't exercise anymore.  Now I surprise myself at how much I can do and how great it feels again!  Yay!  WAY TO GO!!! ~Hugs
