Good morning Michelle and everyone..

I hope more people join in.. I'd really like to see this grow.. I have to think ahead and plan my day out now so I think it helps me stay in line.. I found a great web site to use for finding calories for restaurants and fast food places.. it is www.calorieking.com  I didn't join,  but I found a lot of foods on there that I could not find anywhere else.. Like yesterday I had the grilled chicken breast from KFC but could not find stats anywhere. A friend told me to try this site and there it was.. also the fish fillet from Capt D's I could not find anywhere else.. just thought I'd mention it so others could find foods there too..

Hey Teresa!  Just a heads up about this awesome site:  Dottie's Weight Loss Zone.  She has a page with tons and tons of restaurants and nutritional breakdown of foods.  Check it out!

I used to do this thread!  At least the exercise part of it anyway.  I'm a big advocate of excersize following WLS.

B - Special K protein cereal w/skim milk
S - 100 calorie high figer bagel thin
L - ham & cheese roll ups / kosher pickle
D - Chicken fajita salad (chicken thighs)
S - Hummus & carrot slices

Exercise - I usually exercise in the AM, but I'm off today and have classes 2 X today so I got out of my normal routine today.

Well, I exercised today!!

I went on a 40-minute walk in the moonlight at 5 a.m. I'm finding my day goes a lot better when I can exercise. My borg implant (gowearfit) sez I've done 50 minutes of moderate exercise today. 10 more minutes and it will beep at me.

Here's what I've had so far:

B: 1/2 serving Whole Grain Cream of Wheat
1/4 scoop Isopure Natural flavored
1 slice Ancient Grains whole wheat bread, toasted
1 tsp butter

S: 1 20 ounce bottle Isopure (kept me away from donuts at work)

Planned for later:

L: greek yogurt
beef and bean burrito

S: reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese stick

D: I don't know, but possibly a teeny cheese souffle. I have these teeny ramekins and souffle chunks in a bag from Trader Joes.
veggie

S: fiber one key lime yogurt

Being a newbie, I just want to say how much I appreciate this thread. It is giving me some insight as to what I might find appropriate to eat as I advance.
Today for breakfast I had a Nature Made fruit drink 70cal 15 pro
For lunch I had a protein shake 210/30 and 2 T cottage cheese
For dinner I will have another fruit drink and a small pureed treat.
I am still in recovery from open surgery so am not exercising well yet, but I did go shopping with the hubby and walked around Sam's club. Again, Thanks guys for taking the time here, it helps!

Now that cottage cheese remark made me chuckle!  I buy the fat free and love it.  Plus, it's packed with protein.  Open it up and sneak a bite!  You may be pleasantly surprised!  connie
