Being consistent with exercise.  I really have not struggled (too much) with food.  I think my issues with food really come out at night though, in my dreams.  I've had some really bizzare nightmares (pouch blowing up, eating nonstop without the pouch ever feeling full, etc.).  Thank god for counseling lol

7What are some of your goals?   My next goal is 262 - it'll mean my BMI will finally be out of the 40's.  After that, 249.9 is the next goal.  It'll be the first time I've been under 250 in my adult life.

8.  What else do you want to share?  I'm just so grateful for everything that has happened over the past six months.  Every single day I have moments where I'm shocked at what I can do or how much more comfortable I feel.  Life is good :)
