Protein drink #1 - 160 / 30
Protein drink #2 - 90 / 23
Water goal:  32 additional oz (32 used in above drinks)

Eats
Steel cut oatmeal made with TVP and PB2 - 92 / 9
Imitation crab meat and avocado wedge - 100 / 4
SF Apple crumble - 115 / 2
0% Greek yogurt with SF syrup and pudding powder - 80 / 10
Tuna and 1 Tbsp rf mayo with 1 Wasa cracker - 130 / 13

767 cal, 91g protein

Exercise:
20 min. elliptical.  I'm going to try to do this daily for a week and see if next week I can bump it up a little more.

Sorry I am so late posting.. I had to leave in a hurry this morning and just got home..
I had a great weekend.. I got new Walking Shoes for my Birthday.. and we ate at Red Lobster...
I hope everyone else had a great one too..

My calorie free grape drink has now labeled it as 5 calories for every 8 oz just like crystal light.. so I have had 32 oz so far and I plan on the rest being water.. at least another 32 oz if not more..

Exercise:

10 minute walk to daughters this morning
10 minute walk back this afternoon
60 minutes Wii this evening

Exercise 25 minutes on elliptical
20 minutes interval walk/run on treadmill

B - click espress protein powder
S - 4 prunes
L - 1/2 Wendy's grilled chicken BLT salad with ancho chipotle ranch dressing
D - wheat spaghetti with 2 meatballs and 1 sausage
S - Special K protein cereal w/skim milk

Night exercise 1.5 miles walk/run interval

I'm preparing for a 5K class and need to build my endurance.  I don't want to be puking the first night of class!
