Weekly Weigh-In for ALL!
Hey Ya'll since I need to go and Patty hasn't posted, I'm going to jump in and start this thread as I need it!
Hope you all had great weeks, I had a very tough weekend with my partner, but here's hoping things improve! Oh and can I just say that I love the Bosu thingie- it makes my legs shake but in a good way!!

It's basically half a balance ball (ya know those big ones) on a plastic base. It allows you to be able to stand atop of a balance ball and it works your legs and core like CRAZY! Google it- it rocks!

This week has kind of sucked for me.
I've been getting into hiking (LOVE IT) but I twisted my ankle last Monday while doing it.
There I was, just walking along on a totally flat part of the trail blabbering away. Not paying attention, I stepped on a rock half buried in the trail, twisted my ankle and fell. My work out buddy said I "fell gracefully" but I laughed and called her a fibber. This was 30 mins into our 3 hour hike.
I was pissed and thought to turn back but didn't. I waited a few minutes, checked things out, ankle tender but otherwise intact so I decided to hike the rest of the trail. Even though I iced and wrapped it immediately after getting home it's been tender all week leading me to miss a number of work outs and slide back into an apathetic state (being lazy and eating poorly) so I've been angry at myself for not turning back on the trail.
Luckily it's been getting better the last couple of days. I'm hiking again tomorrow (YAY!!)

Stupid scale! I have been teetering between 283 and 285 all week. I have not been excercising still! I am going to my monthly support group meeting tonight if my hubby can be off of work in time. The focus - Exercise! Boy do I need this focus group!

only 1 more lb and I will be in ONDERLAND almost don't seem real.. I am finally on the move again.. Yippee...
Looks like every one did good this past week..
well almost everyone.. Sorry Patti.. but it will come off .. be patient.. you went down and then back up.. that is what I did but now I am not only evened out but actually lost 3 more.. so actually it took me all of March to loose 3 lbs since I was 203 March 1st.... have patience and stay the course you will get back down there too...
