My surgeon does do the DS. They do all four procedures plus a new non-invasive endoscopic surgery as well but it's more for people who have only between 50-100lbs. to lose.
I'm self pay all the way...my insurance doesn't cover WLS under any cir****tances.

I'm still researching!
