I am doing very good so far.  If I overeat I am eating the good stuff.  I have exercise 3 days so far also.  My goal for March was to lose 8 pounds  and I have accomplished that already.  Goal is 1 to 2 pounds each week since my honeymoon period has been over.  But as large as I still am, if I follow WLS diet structure I should do more than that but I do not want to set unreasonable goals for myself.  I just hope I can keep up the zeal I have now to get back on track. I am starting to really believe I can do this, I can get back on track. Yes I can with your help!!

You are doing great!  I'm with you that the exercise is really helping.   I think moving our bodies with over 300 pounds gets extra calories burned - so that will help, too!

You are doing great and we can do this!!!

KUDOS MOLLY....

I am so happy for you that you are getting back on track and loosing again.. Way to Go.. I have heard many people say once they gain it back that it is all over and they can't ever loose again.. the real problem with many is they stopped trying.. as many of us have faced with everything we have ever tried we give up.. this was a lifetime commitment to this lifestyle and I am so proud of you for getting back on the horse.. you can fall off but always get back on..

I understand about unreasonable goals.. I have a habit of doing that.. I try to set mini goals now and I have learned that if I don't reach them by the date I said that it is ok I will just go on.. but setting the goals helps you focus on trying to achieve it.. If you set reasonable goals you are more likely to achieve them . Like you did this month by reaching your goal ahead of time..   Those times are very encouraging and motivating.. so you set your goals as you need to.. do not try to set it to what other people do or think you can do..

Good job on the exercising.. do what ever you can do.. it all helps.. every minute you spend helps..

I am not telling you anything you do not know since you have been there and done that.. you reached a great weight loss and yet after a regain and falling off the program you are right back In there making it work again.. keep it up.. I am proud of you..YES YOU CAN.......

huggs....

Thanks so much Teresa,  It helps to hear those words.  I can't give up, none of us can give up.  We will struggle with this beast for a lifetime.  Thanks again, your words really encouraged me tonight and posting back on OH.com has really helped me for sure.  I had not came here for 3 years!
