Being Brave and Posting Pictures
I thought this might be helpful for others. I am actually starting to show some progress, even though I still weigh 319 pounds (I am down 120!) . . . for those who started 400 plus, I thought this might be helpful. The newer photos are 2 weeks ago, I am now 8 weeks post-op.
I have gone down 4 shirt sizes to a 3x and 3 pants sizes.

No reason to use up your bravery juice for those pics! They look FABULOUS!!!!!! You can soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tell a difference. Being someone who started out in the 400's - I can appreciate this and use it as even more motivation for myself. Way to go! Thanks for sharing.
