Woot! Woot! 100 lbs down!
Yahoooooooo!!
100.2 lbs down. 50+ inches lost. BMI down 15.3 points.
-I can walk without feeling like my lungs are going to collapse and my calves are on fire
-It's easier to do......... pretty much everything
-From a tight 32W to 26 in pants and from 4-5X tops to 2X, thus allowing me to shop at Kohl's and Macy's and not just Fashion Bug/Lane Bryant/online.
-Everwhere I go things feel more comfortable. Cars, theatres, conference rooms.
-I only sweat when I workout vs. sweating daily by mundane tasks.
-Cross my legs for hours at a time vs. not being able to at all
-I'm enjoying and actually craving foods that are better for me. It's a long and hard process, but -I'm slowly changing my relationship with food. It's fuel now, not twisted therapy.
Still a long way to go, but to know I'm more than halfway there does my heart good. I've never lost this volume of weight in any of my previous attempts.
