I feel like I am constantly having to pee, I am actually so embarrassed to put this out there but I feel like you are the best people to ask.  I was recently at my doctor and they checked my sugar's and everything is still good and in the range they want.  I saw that could be an issue, any other idea's??? I am going to my surgeon soon but it's really driving me crazy, is this a weight loss thing, I wish I could say I am drinking so much water but I don't feel like it's a crazy large amount.  I have always been really good about drinking water, well after surgery anyway so intake has not changed.  Thank you, any input appreciated.

Your body is different now.. the water is flushing the toxins and fat out of your body .. loosing the fat has to go somewhere.. it does not just evaporate into the air.. you actually have to flu**** away.. so yes you will pee more as your body rids itself of the fat and toxins.. plus if you are getting in your recommended 64 oz you should be going more.. before surgery your body may have retained a lot of the water.. now it needs it to flush the fat away.. that is one reason we will dehydrate so easily too.. the water we drink gets passed out quickly and we need to repleni****   the only other reason I would know for going so much would be diabetes.. and if your blood sugar levels are fine then that is not the reason.. but if I was you and worried about it you might want to call the surgeons office to ask about it instead of wating till your appointment time...  if not make sure you ask when you go..

huggs..

Thank you Teresa, I have been thinking it was for that reason but I have never heard anyone talk about it so I wasn't sure what to think.  I appreciate your input and knowing me I probably will call my doctor tomorrow just so I don't worry myself for no reason.  Congrats too on the great weight loss, it's been awhile since I have been on OH.  Thank you and have a great night.

Peeing a lot is actually a mini daily goal for me. I seem to lose better when I'm trotting off to the potty regularly.
