It's official!!!
I went in to see my Surgeon/NP on Friday for my 3 month post-op check up and it's official...I've lost 76.8 pounds. It's sad, but good to say that I can fit (snugly) but fit into one leg of the pants I wore to the hospital the day of my surgery!! At my appt. I showed my NP the dishes I eat out of and she wanted to know where I bought them to show others the portion size that we're supposed to be eating at this point in the process. Yeah me for doing something right!!!
Now to my new friend Mr. RNY, as James Brown so eloquently sang:

Congrats.. that is so great.. what an accomplishment.. you should be very proud of yourself for doing so well.. I am so happy for you.. 
WOW what a great feeling that must be, to be able to fit into one leg of the pants.. that is amazing.. please do yourself a favor and measure yourself and record them if you have not already done that.. because when you get to stalls.. which you will... then you can measure and usually you will loose inches during those stalls and it can really help you to stay positive.. I hope you did measure before surgery so you know where you started but if not start now..
I forgot to measure when I was at my highest and so my starting measurements are at a point where I had already lost 55 lbs but thats ok because as of now I have lost 60 inches since then. I ahve dropped 100lbs but I still could not get into one leg of my original pants.. so Kudos girl.. you are doing fantastic..
keep it up.. down down down you will go.. at this rate you will be at the 100lbs lost (Century mark) in no time.. Way to go..
