One Week post op: down 12 lbs

Just wanted to give an update - I am doing very well and feeling very happy about finally having my WLS. My pain is pretty much nonexistent and I have been walking every day...along with getting MOST of my protein and liquids in daily. I go back to work on Monday and I am ready to face a new world! Thanks so much for all the support so far.

Feels nice sitting on the bench with y'all....

Congrats Sunshine. you are doing great. I am happy for you that you have relatively no pain. that is great. you are on your way..

Glad to have you on the bench with us.. but put on your seat belt, this bench can be a bit of a mechanical bull at times.. so hold on and enjoy the ride..

huggs..
