Century Mark

Ok it is official.. I weighed in yesterday at the surgeons office (fully clothed.. lol ) and at 5pm so I thought my weight would be up.. I was extremely happy when  the numbers appeared.. I have lost 100 lbs right to the mark on that day.. yippee.. I actually did a happy dance right there in the office... lol  


starting weight           303 lbs
surgery weight           236 lbs
last week                    209 lbs
Monday March 1st     203 lbs..       

I am so so happy.. it has been a year now since I started on the preop diet and did it for 9 months loosing the original 67 lbs.. and now at the official three month check up and weigh in I hit the 100lb lost mark..33 lbs gone since surgery..  I am in shock and yet floating on a cloud.. 
I wanted to thank everyone that has been so supportive to me and encouraging and offering such great advice.. I do not think I could make it without you..  Words can not express how greatful I feel and thank you just does not seem enough but once again THANK YOU>>

Ok now for the next goal.. 4 more lbs and I will be in onderland.. I am not going to set a time on it.. but it sure would be nice to be in the 100"s by my birthday..  I think 4 lbs in 3 weeks is doable unless I get stalled.. so here we go on a new adventure.. 4lbs to go..

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU...  and THANK YOU GOD for giving the strength to be so determined and the friends to help me see that it does not matter how fast the loss is but that I am loosing.....and I do not have to be in first place..

Oh Teresa, that is WONDERFUL!  Congratulations!!!!!!  Enjoy every minute of your hard work and success.  Onederland, here she comes! 

Thanks Michelle... I am in heaven still.. I decided to not weigh again til Monday my regular weigh in day.. I want nothing to spoil this feeling and if the scale does crazy things this week I dint want to know.. lol..

I am shooting for Onderland now.. I can't wait..

Now the race to Onderland.. I drop a few fast like this and then get stuck again for awhile.. so if I follow my usual pattern so far, I will be in the slow lane to Onderland.. but thats ok as long as I get there.. snails pace or not it is close.. and that is a great motivator too...lol..

Thank you Cheryl...  I am so so sooooo happy too.. got up yesterday and today both with a smile on my face.. it feels great,, it was a long year to get there but I am happy I finally made it..  Now off to Onderland.. I am getting excited about that..

Your date is almost here.. I know you are getting excited about that too..
I will be keeping you in my prayers for an easy and uneventful surgery..
