39.9 BMI!

Congrats, Pattie. This is great. Someone should sell T shirts that have I AM MORBIDLY OBESE, with the MORBIDLY crossed out. I'd wear it with pride around the house (once I get to that place.) I'm going to look it up to see how much more I have to lose to get there. It's a lot. I'm at BMI of 50.3 I think.

Salt is hidden in SO MANY things; it's impossible to avoid.
