Not such a hot week for me weight loss wise...

HW: 380
SW: 344
Last week official WI:  293.2
This week official WI: 292.4 (-0.8)

Hopefully next week I'll move into the 280's.  I'm a little fearful of hitting a stall now that I'm three months out - I know that's pretty common.  But as long as I'm still losing, it's not really a stall - I just need to keep reminding myself of that.

My three month checkup with the surgeon yesterday went great.  He seemed pleased with my progress thus far.  I am too... I just need to let my head slow down a bit and enjoy this process rather than build up such ridiculous expectations.

I upped protein and started moving more - riding exercycle - and that did me some good!  I'm thrilled for the new decade (3-teens) and looking forward to more!

Oooh Disneyland- I can't wait to go....could you ride the rides? I haven't been to an amusement park in years because I couldn't fit on the rides

Moving has been stressful, but I'm pumped to start my new gym today!

Aww Mary that's so sweet of you to say- this journey is tough, but  I think in the long run the move will help since before we were living with my partners parents....

Glad you all posted.

We're home. I'll write a separate post with the details. But here's the damage:

Starting Weight: 388
Last Week: 258
Today: 260

(Breakfast dilemma: the first day, I admit, I had a cinnamon roll. It wasn't oozing with icing like the ones Costco used to sell, but it wasn't the smartest choice either. The second day I found a place with quiche that was pretty good, but huge.)

I am sorta frustrated.  My old thinking lurks around.  I start thinking it is possible to be one of the few that the sleeve doesn't work for..  I don't weigh and I don't measure.  I am sure I should.  I normally don't eat more that 1000 calories per day, however my exercise is at a halt.

Best of luck with your surgery.

Don't be surprised if you don't gain a little from the IV fluids they'll pump into when you're in the hospital, but it will soon be dropping off.
