Got off my not-quite-as-big butt!
It has taken me a while to get into it (had the surgery Sept 30) - but I'm doing it NOW and that's what counts. I did 12 minutes again last night. Yahoooo Goal was 3x this week and I've done that. Next week, 4x!

Great...12 minutes is nothing to sneeze at cause...those can seem like some looooonnnnggg minutes!!! lol. You are supposed to start small and increase slowly to avoid injury and stress to the body. I started my exercise on the eliptical at 2 minutes and it about killed me. Now I can do an enthusiastic and vigous 2 miles on it....most of my SKINNY friends cant even keep up now! lol...Good 4 u!!!
