Hello All,

I got my surgery date that is!  I don't get to post very often b/c life is hectic and busy (arent we all) and I do all my work at 1:30 in the morning.  So I just wanted to say that I am getting my gastric bypass done on March 9th, I got the call yesterday.  So now its time for me to freak out!  It felt like it would never happen and now I have a date... Holy Cow I am freaking out!  I know it will all work out.... but again I'm freaking out!  I guess we just all work so hard to get it done and when it becomes a reality its just hard to believe.   I love this site and all the support it really has helped me get through a lot of the crazy times so I just look forward to staying in touch with everyone.  Hope everyone has a great week... I know I sure will.

Congratulations, Jessica!  The whole process is surreal at times, isn't it?  Feels like it goes so slow, then goes so fast!  I look forward to hearing more about your journey :)

Wonderful!  You will have moments of panic and many more of excitement.   When you are done with the surgery, it's a wild ride!  I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to do it again.
