I just don't care.....
Yes maam, ws unbelievable for a while. I cam through it and i feel like a new me, I feel my life has just begun.
No one said it was gonna be easy, But I can tell you It was definitly worth everything I went through and I would do it all over again.
Jus remember WHY--WHY you did what you did and your reason will keep you going...

I am four years out and go through these spells as well. I suggest you identify now what works to 1) accept them and 2) move past them so you will have some strategies in place later on. Maintanance is an ongoing effort and a lot less thrilling than losing the weight.
It is difficult at times and sometimes we do need to give ourselves a break, but we must also find ways to get back on track instead of letting a "break" become the normal.
Good luck.
Oh, I snap out of it by putting on a pair of pants that are too tight, talking to someone about weight loss (a bit of accountability), and getting enough sleep. It's amazing how sleep--or the lack of it--affects my motivation.

mmmmm no vits = death.....not the fast get hit by a car or eaten by a shark death, but a slow painful decline of your body, as each organ shuts down one at a time. You'll feel pain as your bones turn to jelly, your feet go numb from neuropathy, and you feel like your gonna die as your emotions go crazy from a lack of b vits.
Now if that doesn't get you motivated, lets try protein...not enough protein = your hair and teeth falling out, your skin drying up, and your bodies ability to heal itself will slow down. You won't be able to sleep, and your legs will swell up.
Blah blah blah blah......

when I get all stressed out like that and confide in my nutritionist... she says just because everyone else is doing it (seemingly going full bore at the gym everyday and freaking about everything they put in their mouth or every ounce lost or gained on the scale) doesn't mean you have to. She says to take time off every now and then and do things for yourself that are far from the weightloss arena... she says don't go crazy and do something you would regret.. but have some fun. I loved the spa idea mentioned earlier. If you can't do that because of cost.. you can research home spa concoctions on the internet and do your own at home, invite a girlfriend. Looking in the mirror with a yogurt oat mixture all over your faces and beer and eggs in your hair... will definately shake any blah's you have going. Oh and don't forget to crank up the tunes!!! I personally have Spring Fever BAD! Enjoy!!! Love & Hugs...
