Ok, this morning i feel like crap. I have a headache cause my little one refused to go to sleep last night so today i'm totally off. I'm going to see if i can snap out of it to do some cardio. Good luck girls, i'll check in later.

Finished up my book during my bike, book and me time this morning.... and I'm working from home tomorrow... so no gym time for me... but hopefully I'll find a good book this weekend so my ME time on the bike will pick back up on Monday.....

I did the Bike the other day for the first time since this journey. It's a good idea to bring a book, THANKS. I was alittle bored but i had a movie on my Ipod which i've watched a million times. How many miles do you do? My resistence was 10, was that enough? I did 3 miles after coming off the elliptical.

I do 7 miles in 30 mins at resistance level 5 on the strength training program... different bikes have different programs and/or settings... I'm not sure what resistance 10 is on the bike you used... but I know that 5 on the one I use, makes my thighs complain long and loud... LOL 

Oh, and I get bored too.. I'm usually watching the early morning news and listening to oldies rock on the radio all while I'm reading and riding, LOL

hi everyone, i had a headache today too.

I am proud of myself, i met my goal by exercising at least 3 x/wk, i signed up for classes and i go 4 times a week.  I like it alot,

Well i do cardio on tue and thurs, on tues, i did the treadmill for 12 min, a recumbant bike for 3 minutes and another machine for 12, today i did the treadmill for 20 minutes, and that killer bike, i stayed on for 7, that does not include all the other stuff too.  I am making friends and the classes are offered through my wls program, it makes all the difference.
