Well today i'm doing the elliptical even though there is a winter wonderland in GA. My training was AWESOME on Friday. I learned alot of new things about fitness. We did body fat and i was so mortified that mines was 42% . I'm almost half fat.

He has a goal to get me to 20% body fat , WOW i think thats ambitious and he's says he can do this in 8 months. My BMI started at 60 and it's now 40 so it's coming down.

Anyway people, the WEEKEND counts to. GET MOVING....

Good morning all!  Trying to get into the exercise routine.  Just did a 30 min. workout and feel good.  Though, I am tired... been having tiredness issues pretty bad, so I'm glad I'll see my surgeon in a week.  Maybe I just need more Vit. B's. 

A curious thing happened... normally I eat between 700-800 cals/day and around 80 g protein.  Yesterday I hit around 920 and over 100g protein.  And the scale, which had been staying a little stagnant for a few days, budged and budged significantly.  I'm not sure whether it's because of the increased protein, cals, or jus****er retention/TOM issues.  But I'm going to try to eat around there today and tomorrow and see what happens.  Maybe my body just really needs more in order to keep it going? 

What were you guys eating around at about 3 months out?  It feels like sooo much compared to what others eat.

wow.. it sure sounds like you had a great workout session : )  congrats on the trainer!!  im sure you can reach your goal.   my day was good, after not being at the gym for 7 days because i had to study for a nursing exam, i got my butt there today. .did one hour zumba class and 15 min treadmill  9 incline 3.3 speed.  i will be heading there in the am also : )

I went for a 30-minute walk and ended up JOGGING for a little bit. It was amazing!

I didn't get that capillaries bursting in my throat/iron taste in my mouth. I've never not had that happen when I try to jog/run!

We'll see if I can get out of bed tomorrow morning.
