YOU are absolutely amazing, Peggy!  I'm so happy for you and for your new, healthier life.  I shoveled this week, too!  My body lets me do things it didn't used to - and it feels better.  Hope your husband is feeling better - I bet he is proud of you.

Peggy..

I am so proud of you.. it is so wonderful how far you have come.. I have been able to share so many wow moments with you.. now I can just add shoveling snow to the list..

What a difference indeed the past year has made.. I know right where you are coming from.. last February I weighed my highest weight and used a wheelchair to do almost everything.. I could not walk from one room to the other without hurting and being out of breath.. and now I am walking and exercising everyday.. I am so amazed as well at the progress. I have made.. I can;t wait until the surgery really kicks in and I loose so much more.. I can only imagine the future..

I know your future looks so bright.. Your hubby is on the mend and you are so independent now..

You deserve a happy dance...   ok maybe 4.. maybe more than I can put n here.. lol...
Go girl and keep up the good work.. I so admire you..

Huggs..

oh peggy! how wonderful that you've gotten control of your life back! shoveling snow -- congratulations! every time i'm out shoveling, i'm thrilled -- shoveling used to make me SO worried about having a heart attack, and now i can just shovel away without that fear.

i am so very happy for you!
