OMG, girl i think i need a day of rest. Every muscle in my body hurts. It even hurt to sit on toilet lol. I told me husband don't touch me. He was laughing so hard. So it's rest for me cause i have that training session on Friday so i need to recover. I hope i feel better so i can do light cardio on Thursday.

Did i mention i'm in pain? I can't even roll over in bed without saying ouch lol.

I did my walking on the treadmill today and I had to shovel what snow was left in my driveway to get out to go to the doctor tomorrow.. I have not shoveled snow in too too many years.. I am not suppose to do it with my back but I took it easy and only did little shovels and pushed a lot.. I only had about 10 feet to clear.. thats a lot better than the whole drive which is about 200ft.. and it was only a couple inches now..

well anyway.. no Wii for me tonight.. I feel like I got run over by a Mack truck.. I have took a nice long soak in a hot tub and I feel a little better.. Now I am off to bed.. early appointment tomorrow and its an hour drive. so up around 4am.. whew..

Candidbliss I am so sorry you are hurting that much.. I know what it is like to even hurt rolling over in bed.. I really feel for you.. maybe the day of rest will let your muscle recoup.. I hope so..

i'm sore too, began exercise classes this week, and if i'm still sore by sun there will be no V day loving going on.  I have aqua class tonite, i really love it, plus i have cute swim suits and just got my water shoes.  I'm sore but i'm happy, i hope it gets easier.

 I hit ONEderland today guys.  OMG.  198.  YAY!  Now I'm starting running.  Going to the corner this afternoon.  Wish me luck....never tried running in my life.  Hope I don't die.  Haha.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

Are you doing the C25K? I was on it until my knees started hurting and I figured I better way a few pounds down before I attempt it again.
